our renovated great schoolhouse building!
All of our suites are as comfortable as your own home, with easy chairs, couches
and great
wet bar facilities. This may be the year you will like to save money on meals
with the convenience
of a refrigerator-microwave-toaster-coffee pot-sink and kitchen supplies.
Walk down to the marina just 2 blocks from our lodging,
and watch the fishermen come in. Salmon fishing is usually
good here, and the fishermen love to show off their catches.
From biking to bird watching, you will appreciate all the great places in the
Baileys Harbor area to enjoy. We are just 2 blocks from Lake Michigan, and our
large new Baileys Harbor Marina! It is fun to walk down and watch the fishermen
come in with their catch of salmon. It has been a wonderful year for fishing,
and there are a few great Charter Boats, right here in town!
Another must to see here is The Ridges
Sanctuary, a National Nature Landmark. and Wisconsin State Natural Area. It
is know nationally for 40 species of orchids, and 475 plant species. Also home
to the elusive Hines Emerald Dragonfly!
We are also a hot spot for GPS enthusiasts! At the
Official Global GPS Cache Hunt Site,
type in our zip code (54202), to find out all the local areas where the caches
are hidden. We have a cache very close by that people enjoy searching for!
Of course shopping is always on the agenda, and we are within minutes of great
shopping areas, yet a nice quiet place to come home to, and spend a relaxing
evening . Our grounds are green and private, with a nice "next to the wooded
bluff" back parking lot. Every suite has a separate entrance and deck, also
there are seating areas around the property to relax and visit.

AT ORPHAN ANNIE'S SCHOOLHOUSE INN, YOU CAN "SLEEP IN CLASS" !
Each suite has a private entrance with deck,
living room area, wet bar, a private full bathroom, and is air conditioned.
We furnish all dishes, sheets and blankets, and towels.
There is a 2 night minimum for all our suites.
Additional Guests: Our pricing is for two guests in each suite. There is a $25.00 each night charge for each additional guest in all our suites.
Deposit: We require a deposit of one-half the amount of the lodging stay, by mail, in the form of a personal check, within 7 days of making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Notification 3 weeks before reservation date for nightly stays, or 4 weeks before reservation date for weekly stays, will assure the return of your deposit, less our $15.00 service charge.
Our property is a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
